By accessing or using OwnReady (“the Platform”), operated by JK III Management LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

OwnReady provides a free homeownership readiness assessment, personalized roadmaps, educational content, and connections to third-party service providers including credit repair, insurance, mortgage, and other services.

3. Not Professional Advice

OwnReady does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Our assessments and recommendations are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a licensed mortgage lender, broker, insurance agent, or credit repair organization. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

4. Affiliate Relationships

OwnReady earns commissions from partner services when you click through our links and take qualifying actions (sign up, purchase, etc.). This does not affect your cost for these services. Our recommendations are based on your assessment results, not on commission rates. See our Partner Disclosures for full details.

5. User Accounts and Data

You agree to provide accurate information when using the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

6. TCPA Consent

By providing your contact information and clicking any submission button, you expressly consent to receive marketing communications from OwnReady and its partners via email, phone, text message (SMS/MMS), including by autodialer or prerecorded message. Consent is not required for purchase. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on OwnReady, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JK III Management LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

OwnReady is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. JK III Management LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
